BRC Certification

25.3.2019 - We received BRC certificate

In January 2019, we successfully completed the Lloyd's Register certification audit. Subsequently we obtained the BRC GLOBAL STANDARD FOR PACKAGING AND PACKAGING MATERIALS ISSUE 5 (JULY 2015) certificate.

BRC is an international standard involving the manufacture, processing and other handling of packaging intended for direct and indirect contact with products intended for packaging food, cosmetic and hygiene products. The BRC scheme involves verifying the performance of the company in the areas of legislative compliance, food safety / food chain and production batch quality in line with customer expectations.

The principles of good manufacturing and hygiene practice, risk analysis and critical control point determination (HACCP) and other legislative requirements of EU food law on personnel products, processes and qualifications are at the heart of the BRC standard.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) in food production is one of the basic tools to effectively prevent food safety risks.

We believe the certificate will help us:
- increase customer confidence in our products (BRC verifies product quality, hygiene and safety)
- save time spent on audits from different customers (one BRC audit report is a recognized international standard)
